Obed is a detailed-oriented leader and has excellent business development skills. In addition, Obed is known for strong leadership, team building and people development. He has several decades of experience in customer service and quality control systems.

Obed is the TD Canada Trust Bank Regional Manager, Greater Ontario, Black Customer Experience. In this role, he leads the execution of TD’s Black Customer Segment Strategy in Greater Ontario.

Prior his role as the Reginal Manager at TD Canada Trust Bank, Obed worked as the Branch Manager of TD Canada Trust Bank – Sault Site Marie, Ontario, Canada where he has demonstrated top quality leadership skills which has earned him the Regional Diversity Leadership Award.

Obed is also a sessional Professor at Cambrian College School of Business and Information Technology, Sudbury – Canada.

Prior to his appointment as the Branch Manager of TD Canada Trust Bank, he worked as a Banking Advisor at the Royal Bank of Canada – RBC Sudbury. Due to his leadership skills, hard work and commitment, he became the Manger of Customer Care and later the Assistant Branch Manager of the Bank.

Obed holds an MScIB from the University of Hertfordshire – United Kingdom and an MBA in Finance from the Vancouver Island University  – Canada, where he received the Regional President’s Award.

He is a Certified International Trade Professional and holds an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from the Centennial College and Certificate in Financial Service Advice.

Obed is also PhD student in Management with a focus in Leadership and Organizational Strategy at the Walden University.
