Joseph is an experienced Chartered Insurer and Risk Manager with a demonstrated history of identifying and managing the standards required in gaining competitive advantage using strategic customer service. He is very strategic, analytical, a persuasive communicator, and an effective decision maker.

He is also work as Head of Risk Management and Compliance at Solange Capital and the Managing Partner of Sovereign Risk Management Services. He was the Former Head of Risk Management Claims and Reinsurance at Imperial General Assurance Company, the Former Insurance Officer (Reinsurance) at Unique Insurance Company Limited and the Team Lead (Claims and Insurance) at WAPIC Insurance Limited.

In addition to the above, Joseph is a Principal Officer with Oak Insurance Brokers Limited (a Licensed Intermediary of the National Insurance Commission)

Joseph is an Associate Member of The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) London, United Kingdom, a Member of the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) – U.S.A, a Member of Compliance and Risk Intelligence, Member of Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters- UK and a Member of the Ghana Institute of Marine Surveyors.

Joseph graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon – Ghana with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Statistics (Mathematical Science). Also, he holds a Master of Business Administration from University of South Wales, United Kingdom.

Joseph has significant exposure in the form of trainings both in Ghana and abroad.
