Prior to joining UNITED ACTUARIES & CONSULTANTS Limited, Maxwell worked as the Finance Manager of Harlequin International (Ghana) Limited and Harlequin Oil and Gas Limited.

Maxwell has several years of post-qualification experience in all aspects of auditing, accountancy and consultancy services. Maxwell has acquired immense experience in Financial Reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) implementation. He specializes in advising clients on complex accounting issues, reconciliations, and transaction-related accounting services.

Maxwell was an Audit Senior with Deloitte and Touché Ghana from November 2011 to October 2019. His engagement with Deloitte enabled him to work in Ghana and other African countries, notably Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau, and Nigeria.

Maxwell was the Internal Control Officer for Habitat for Humanity Ghana for two (2) years before joining Deloitte and Touché Ghana.
Maxwell is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).

He audited companies in the Financial Services Industry (Banks and Insurance Companies), Consumer and Industrial Services Companies, Government Sectors, and Donor funded projects which include, AFDB, Danida, AFD, and United Nations in Ghana and abroad.

Maxwell holds an MBA in International Business from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and also holds a certificate in X-CULTURE.
